Emerson is 2!

It is so hard to believe that our last baby is turning 2! She has added a whole other dimension to our family. She has captured the hearts of all of us and has us all wrapped around her finger. She is sweet, spunky, smart and sassy! She can drive us all crazy but she is so darn cute but you can't help but what to give her what she wants.

I got to spend the day with just her so we had an Emmy fun day! We went to the Children's Museum and I let her plan with whatever she wanted to play with for as long as she wanted. She was in seventh heaven. We stayed in the vet area forever. When we finally did leave the vet area she had to bring this giant dog that weighed about as much as her. She drug it around for most of our visit.

We also had to try out the dress up clothes and the stage.

She was super excited for her presents! After opening Christmas gifts she was a pro at this.

Such a goof. Anytime you ask her to smile this is the face that you get.
She got golf clubs like the big kids. Books which she can never get enough of and a teepee.

The girls sitting at the little table for birthday supper and ice cream.

Happy Birthday Emmy! We love you. Not sure how our family could have ever been complete without you. You act older by years and give us a run for our money daily. You have completely won over your siblings and almost everyone you meet with your outgoing and sassy personality.

Happy 7th Birthday Abby!

Our little girl isn't so little anymore. If Bryce isn't careful Abby is going to catch him in height. She is still very tall for her age and in my mom opinion she is getting more beautiful each year too. She is our laid back, go with the flow, no sense of time and no reason to rush child. She is artsy, creative, smart and about the best big sister possible. If it wasn't against the law we would let her babysit Emerson. She wants to be a teacher or a daycare provider when she grows up which would be very fitting with her personality.
This year for her birthday she wanted a spa themed birthday party. This party was pretty fun to plan! She decided to have 4 close friends for a sleep over instead of a big party.

This was such a fun group of girls! They did makeup and put on quite a fashion show complete with a moderator that announced things like "This years favorite look for a night on the town as a mermaid and hip school outfits".

We had spa themed cupcakes of course.

The girls did pedicures. We had to keep switching so that eveyone got the heated, bubbly ones for at least a little while.

The girls humored me and put oatmeal mudmasks on even though they felt really gross and they had cucumbers on their eyes.
They finished off the night watching the new Cinderella movie and stayed up pretty late!
Happy Birthday Abby!
