CoCo Beach Day

We took a break from the hustle and bustle of the park to have a day at the beach. Our kids have never been to a beach before so they were pretty excited to see what it was all about!

CoCo Beach here we come!

Grandma and Grandpa had rented boogie boards for the kids to try out. It was funny to watch but I don't think anyone really got the hang of it.

Robb and Andy tried to give lessons. They had each taken surfing lessons at the Disney waterpark the morning before so they were trying to show their skills.

Emmy thought the water was way too scary.She wasn't thrilled with the waves and she absolutely couldn't get over how gross it tasted. The other kids didn't love the salt either. I guess that is what happens when you are used to lakes not the ocean. Abby and Emmy spent a lot of time gathering shells.

Ready Set Go

We had made reservations at a waterfront restaurant because we were hoping to watch the space station launch a rocket. The food was amazing and it was a fun experience overall but sadly enough the rocket launch got called off 15 min before it was suppose to happen due to cloudy weather.

Bryce and Caleb each ordered crab and lobster and got to learn how to eat it. I'm not sure that they loved putting that much work into eating their food but it was fun to try.

Grandpa gave this to Emmy out of his meal. She thought it was Sebastian the crab from Little Mermaid. No one had the heart to tell her otherwise so we let her return him to the ocean liked she wished.

Even though we didn't get to watch a rocket launch we had a great day.
