Abby got her braces off! Poor Abby does a great job of brushing her teeth, flossing and doing mouthwash and yet she has the most cavities of any of the kids. Clearly cavities aren't given out fairly! From talking to other dentist (not hers) having Celiac Disease can play a part in the Ph of your saliva and can increase your risk of cavities. When she had the In Brace braces on ( they are braces that go on the backside of your teeth) she had a increase in possible cavities so her dentist wanted them off as soon as possible. Her orthodontist agreed that they could take them off a little early to prevent any more cavities. She has beautiful, straight white teeth. You would never know that she as a lot of dental work in her future.
