I’ve been embroidering for about a year now and have started moving into working on sweaters and other pieces. I saw some embroidered Converse shoes on Etsy and wasn’t sure if it was something I could do, but I really wanted to give it a try. I wanted it to be a surprise for Emmy, but she’s particular about her shoes and had never worn Converse before, so I wasn’t sure what size to get her. In the end, I decided to tell her my idea so we could order the shoes and make sure they fit.
We went with the pink Converse with bows on the back. It was fun because Emmy helped me pick out the designs and colors. It actually wasn’t as hard to do as I had thought, and Emmy loved them, so I was thrilled!
