Bryce and Caleb celebrated their 8th birthday this year! I can't believe how fast the boys are growing up! This last year they have really seemed older. They now are obsessed with sports, hanging out with friends, clothes and shoes. Gone are the days of me dressing them in whatever I wanted and them not caring. Now they would not be caught dead wearing the same thing and they are suddenly into brand name clothes. Ugh, this has started earlier than I hoped but they really like Nike, Adidas and Under Armour brand things. Friends are really important to them and they love spending time with their friends.
This year we decided that we were going to forgo the family birthday party (mainly to preserve my sanity) and just do a friend party. We were having a hard time deciding what to get the boys for their birthday this year so we decided that a water slide would give them something to do for their friend party and also hopefully provide a lot of entertainment this summer. They were really excited!
This was one way to have them be able to do fun water things this summer without having Emerson out in the sun.
