Bryce has been playing basketball for Norris on the JV and Reserve team this year. I'm not sure the season has gone how he hoped it would. He doesn't get much playing time in the JV games and there has been a couple freshman that have got playing time on both JV and Varsity teams. He still loves basketball and practices and plays hard. He has really excelled on the reserve team though. He likes the coach and plays most of the game. It has been fun seeing him play basketball and look like he is having fun doing it and not just worried about getting the plays right. The reserve team has had a great season and are currently 14-0. With not getting to play on JV and seeing that it might not be an option to play on varsity in his high school career, he has started to think about switching to Freeman school in Adams. It makes me sad to think about not having the boys at the same school, but it is a decision that he has to make after thinking it through. I don't want him to regret not getting to play in high school.
