We usually have a big 4th of July party at the Lake each year but this year we decided we wanted things to be more low key. Our parties had dwindled down to groups of people that didn't know each other and we found that it was getting tiring to talk to everyone and make everyone feel welcome. This year it was just us and that was just fine. We played in the water for the day and then grilled and watched the fireworks from the upper deck. We had a great day.
