A couple of years ago, Abby visited Shedd Aquarium in Chicago with Addison and had a lot of fun, so we decided to go there for the morning. The aquarium was pretty cool! We saw penguins, otters, dolphins, and one of my favorites—the walrus.
The seal show was entertaining, and it got even more interesting when a child crawled over the railing. Surprisingly, the parent didn’t go to retrieve them, so the handler was left trying to keep the child out of the water while also keeping the seal away from the kid. We witnessed a great seal show alongside some very questionable parenting!
Susie made us reservations at the Ralph Lauren café for lunch. The atmosphere was lively, and we enjoyed browsing a variety of clothing items that were so expensive, I felt like I didn’t even belong near them!
As the day wore on, we all started to get a little punchy. Susie and Ginger decided to try on matching outfits, and we laughed so hard that we were genuinely worried about peeing our pants!
This trip has been so fun and I am so lucky to get to go on this girls trip with Abby and Emmy.
